Surgical Glove Production Line
Surgical gloves are disposable gloves worn by doctors during surgery characterized by sterility, cleanliness, good elasticity, high tensile strength, etc., so that doctors can completely fit the skin during surgery to facilitate flexible work.
The surgical gloves production process is different from that of ordinary disposable latex gloves. Generally speaking, in order to ensure the quality of surgical gloves, the overall operation speed of the surgical glove production line will be slowed down so that the glove formers are fully dipped.
Customizable Surgical Glove Packing Machine
Fengwang has more than 20 years of experience in glove machine manufacturing, familiar with the operation and operation of each production link, including disposable nitrile glove production line, latex glove production line and PVC glove production line, due to different materials, the overall design of the glove production line is slightly different.
Understanding that each customer has unique requirements, Fengwang offers customizable machines to meet specific packaging needs. This flexibility ensures that healthcare providers receive a solution that perfectly matches their operational needs, thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sterile surgical glove packaging process.
Fengwang has become a leader in the glove manufacturing industry due to our customer-centric approach to solving the practical problems of our customers’ glove production lines.
Briefly describe the production process of surgical gloves -Fengwang
1. Dipping: After the latex raw materials and solidifying liquid are prepared in a certain scientific ratio, the hand model on the surgical glove production line is heated and immersed in the solidifying liquid. The hand model needs to be fully dipped for 20 to 60 seconds before the hand model leaves the solidifying liquid.
2. Oven: The hand mold that has left the solidifying liquid needs to be dried before the next process of the surgical glove production line can be carried out.
3. Dipping glue: After leaving the oven, the temperature of the hand mold needs to be cooled to 30~50℃, and then the hand mold is dipped in glue, and stay in the dipping liquid for 40-60 seconds.
4. Vulcanization and drying: After the hand mold leaves the dipping liquid again, it will be vulcanized and dried.
5. Demoulding: The dry glove former is placed on the glove stripping machine for stripping. At this time, the initial product of the surgical gloves will leave the glove former and enter the next process — packaging.
It is worth noting that one of the important features of surgical gloves is antibacterial. During the operation of the surgical glove machine, the nano-calcium acid and nano-silicon dioxide will gradually form an antibacterial layer on the inside and outside of the glove after contact with the glove, and such an antibacterial layer has good stability and stable antibacterial performance.
What problems need special attention in the operation of surgical glove manufacturing machines?
1. Vulcanization process: the temperature of water should be controlled between 85 ° C and 95 ° C, and the time of vulcanization process should be controlled at 8-15 minutes.
2. The drying temperature after vulcanization should be controlled at 80-120℃. The drying time should be controlled at 20-40 minutes.
3. The time of impregnating chlorine washing solution is 5-10 minutes, during which the washing solution should be stirred continuously.
4. Make sure that the temperature of the glove former has cooled to 30℃~50℃ before soaking the chlorine wash solution.
5. The proportion of aseptic solution: the proportion of nano-calcium carbonate and nano-silicon dioxide is :1:1, the proportion of polymeric hyperdispersant, water-soluble titanate coupling agent and cellulose ether is 3:1:2.
6. The immersion time of surgical gloves in aseptic solution is controlled at 5~20 minutes, and the temperature of the antibacterial solution during immersion is controlled at 30 ~50℃.
