1. The raw materials of nitrile gloves are butadiene and acrylonitrile, and the preparation of nitrile original solution needs to be fully stirred with a series of chemical additives, such as plasticizers, antioxidants, vulcanizing agents, accelerators, etc., which can improve the physical properties of nitrile gloves such as tensile property and anti-piercing property.
2. The production of high-quality nitrile gloves has a lot to do with mold cleaning. Chemical stains should not remain before impregnating the nitrile latex stock solution, otherwise, the Glove former will affect the quality of the glove. 3. After the glove former on the production line is cleaned with acid and alkali water, the moisture on the surface of the hand mold needs to be removed by the oven. To save energy, Fengwang will use the hot air circulation principle to design the oven so that the hot air is recycled.
4. Before impregnating the original nitrile latex solution, in order to make the latex more easily attached to the hand model, the hand model needs to be impregnated with the coagulant for 1-2 minutes and then dried.
5. Next, the hand mold on the smart nitrile glove production line begins to be immersed in the nitrile latex stock solution, and the first immersion time of 30-60℃ solution is 0.5-1 minute, and then dried. Immerse the nitrile emulsion at the same temperature for a second time for 20-40 seconds, and then dry. After these two impregnations, the nitrile film was uniformly attached to the glove former.
6. There are impurities and unreacted chemical substances on the surface of the impregnated hand model, which need to be leached. After the glove beading machine is used to shape the glove cuff, it is placed in a vulcanization box at a vulcanization temperature of 110-130 ° C to improve the physical and chemical properties of the glove.
7. The vulcanized hand mold needs to be cleaned with chlorine water and clean water and then placed in deionized water for repeated cleaning. Finally, the glove is stripped by a glove stripping machine and passed on to the next process.
8. The last step is quality inspection and packaging. The glove watertight testing system is the common inspection machine for gloves after demoulding. Gloves that meet high quality requirements can be effectively tested. Finally, the products that meet the requirements enter the packaging process, and pay attention to storage in a cool and dry place, waiting for transportation and loading.
