Glove Counting Machine Description
Auto glove counting machine is an important process flow in the glove production line. It works with the glove production line to complete the functions of counting, stacking, and grasping. Principle of Glove Counting Machine
The glove counting machine picks up the gloves on the hand model one at a time, and the speed of picking up the gloves matches the speed of the assembly line. The glove counting machine is not only equipped with a grasping glove device but also with a counting device, which effectively replaces manual counting gloves and saves labor costs for glove manufacturers.
Glove Counting System Working Procedure
1. When the glove on the glove production line passes through the glove counting machine, the glove is in a half-off state on the hand model. Then the manipulator clamps begin to grab the gloves and place them neatly on the conveyor belt and begin to count, increasing the count by 1 each time one is taken off.
2. Set the parameter to N gloves. When the number of gloves stacked on the block synchronization belt is N, the gloves are automatically sent to the packaging machine and packed in the box. The PLC microcomputer controls the operation. When no gloves are transmitted to the counting machine, the counting device will automatically deduct the number of gloves that have not been taken off. The final number displayed on the display screen is the actual number of gloves taken off by the manipulator clamp.
