1. Latex glove solution treatment system.

The main function is the formulation of raw materials for latex. The system consists of the following parts:

Glove solution tank. It is equipped with constant temperature mixing equipment (20-30℃), which is used to stir the glove solution fully under constant temperature so that the glove solution can evenly prevent solidification before impregnating the glove former.

Chemical additive ingredients. Before dipping latex raw materials, chemical additives, such as curing agent (sulfur), dispersant (such as ammonia, maintain pH 10-11), antioxidant (such as antioxidant 2246), accelerator (such as ZDBC, MBT), etc., are necessary to enhance the toughness and chemical resistance of gloves.

Centrifugal filtration. The purpose of this operation is to remove impurities in the glove solution and control the solid content of the latex (usually about 60%).

2. Glove former cleaning system.

A thorough cleaning of hand molds is the key to producing high-quality latex gloves. The specific process is pickling (removing residual latex), alkali washing (neutralizing acidity), and then drying after rinsing with high-pressure water. The temperature needs to be controlled at 100-120 ° C to ensure that the hand mold is completely dry.

3. Dipping system.

The first is the impregnating coagulant, which needs to be accurately controlled at 40-60 ° C, and the impregnation time is controlled at 10-30 seconds.

Secondly, for the latex glove solution impregnation, the need to control the temperature at 25-35℃, impregnation time is particularly critical, determines the thickness of the glove, so it needs to be controlled at 15-40 seconds. Gloves with high quality requirements may require multiple impregnations, such as surgical gloves that require 2-3 impregnations.

Finally, leach. Leaching the glove former with a latex film in hot water removes soluble proteins.

4. Drying and curing system.

This includes vulcanizing furnaces and ovens. The vulcanization process requires a temperature control of 100-130 ° C in order to remove moisture from the surface of the gloves. The oven adopts the hot air circulation principle to ensure the reuse of resources s to save costs.

5. Edging and stripping system.

The latex glove beading machine is controlled by a pneumatic or servo system, which can adjust the width of the rolling edge, usually 5-10mm.

A manipulator assists the latex glove stripping machine, and the stripping process is automated without manual participation.

6. Post-processing.

This process can be treated with chlorine washing or polymer coating. The chlorine washing process for disposable gloves is to reduce the risk of protein allergy, and the solution is sodium hypochlorite solution (50-200ppm). Polymer coating refers to using polyurethane and other coatings to improve wearing comfort. Finally, rinse with deionized water.

7. Drying and quality inspection system.

Drying tunnel: 80-100℃, ensuring that the moisture content of the hand mold is <1.5%. The quality control system uses visual inspection and glove watertight testing to test the glove that meets the quality requirements. Physical properties sampling: tensile strength (≥24MPa), elongation (≥750%).

8. Packaging sterilization system.

The packaging system has an automatic counting and stacking function, and the stacking parameters can be set according to the needs of their own needs, generally set 100 pcs for a packaging box.
